Bruno's Dive Shop - Diving the Great Lakes since 1968 - (586) 792 2040.
Our goal is to provide customers with a simple, easy to understand pricing structure that also provides value for money. Below you will find costs for open water, speciality and advanced courses, rental gear, tank fills (air and nitrox) and equipiment inspection, maintenance and repair.

COURSES

SCUBA diving as a recreational past time is equipment intensive and can be expensive, especially to begin with. We have lots of gear which students can try out and use in our pool before you decide to invest in your own and rental costs for open water dives are included in all of our course prices, although we do require that you have at least your own mask, snorkel, fins and boots - of which a full set will cost from $250-$350 (students purchasing from our store always receive a 10% discount).

Open Water Course

$350 - includes all course materials, pool, class and open water instruction, as well as rental gear for the duration of the course.
$500 for 2 people in 2008!

Individual Speciality Courses

$95 each - includes all course materials, pool, class and open water instruction, as well as rental gear for the duration of the course.

Advanced open Water Course

$300 - combines 4 individual specialty courses (at $75 each). Includes all pool, class and open water instruction, as well as rental gear for the duration of the course.
Not included in these course prices are costs involved in the logistics of doing your open water dives, such as gas/transport to and from the location and quarry entrance or charter boat fees depending on whether you will be doing shore or boat dives.
Bruno's on site pool means that we can schedule courses whenever is best for you and allows for a lot of flexibility. Weekdays, evenings, weekends and any combination of these are all OK with us and we can start a course at any time...

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

Maintaining your SCUBA gear is an essential part of diving and something that Bruno has always taken very seriously. There are very few things that we can''t service or repair and the items that we can't are really only older pieces of kit that the manufacturers have stopped making replacement parts for. The prices below are for a five day turn around and do not include replacement parts, where required, although many regulator spares are covered by warranty.

5-yearly Visual Eddy ( for pre-1990 aluminum tanks)
